Since 1992 we have provided a dedicated Estate Management Service for a number of private clients in County Durham and North Yorkshire.

We are tasked with both day to day management and the lettings that periodically arise for vacant properties - commercial, agricultural and residential.

The refurbishment and conversion of Rokeby Grove and the adjacent Tack Room Cottage is now complete and expressions of interest are invited for the the properties that will be let in the coming weeks together with an ability to sub let the ancillary cottage as circumstances require.
