William Salvin established his office at Egglestone Abbey in 1992.

Prior to this he was employed by a national firm of Chartered Surveyors from their base in Barnard Castle and Northallerton.

Having been brought up just to the south of Durham, he returned in 1986 to qualify as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor in 1988.

The Estate Office at Egglestone Abbey is very accessible to the A66 and provides quick access throughout Teesdale and up into County Durham.

With the support of Pat Colton, Helen Hobson and Jayne Holmes, the Estate Office undertakes a broad range of management activities and professional tasks, principally for our retained clients but also for others who may only require periodic assistance or advice.
